BRODY here and I'm a 2+ year old Brindle Boxer boy. I was lost in the Deer Park area and at the shelter for quite a while and no human came to claim me. The very nice animal control officer reached out to the people at Boxer Rescue and I was picked up by a very nice person and taken to the vet to get checked out before I am moved to a foster home. Everyone who meets me says that I am a very lovable guy, I just want everyone to like me.
I am house trained and know how to use a bell to tell you I want outside. I am kennel trained although it is not my favorite place to be. My foster parents and I will be working on it, so I know that it is a safe place. I am just getting used to my foster home so I am a little restless. I don't like when my foster dad leaves, I have separation anxiety. But you would too if someone left you on the streets and you had to live in a noisy place where everyone was lonely and barked day and night. We will be working on my trust issues. I already love my foster furbrother, and guess what? He looks just like me! That's so much fun. I like to be by your side. But I also love to play and bounce around. I have lots of energy and love to give kisses. I don't know if I like cats or children as I haven't been exposed to them yet. Though it might not be a good idea to put me in a home with small children, because I have a full tail. That's right I said I HAVE A FULL TAIL. And I am really strong, when I get excited my tail goes swish, swish, swish and it tends to knock things over. My foster mom says it hurts her to be hit with my happy tail (but she likes to see me happy), but I just can't help it! I love people and my furbrother.
In my fantastic pictures i'm the one in the Dark green collar, my foster brother likes to wear clothes because he is cold all the time. See how I like to act goofy and want to play? Do you want to play with me? Or do you have a foster sibling I can play with?
Stay tuned for more information about ME!!!
