Hi, My name is Tanner.  I was on the streets before arriving at the shelter.  I knew my luck was changing.  Houston Boxer Rescue picked me up and I was home free.  I was on the road for so long, I lost weight.  I have since put it all back on in my foster home.  

I am a good dog.  My foster mom says I am good with people and I love to give kisses.  I'm good with other dogs as well.  I'm not so good with cats however.  I am house trained and crate trained.  I have been a great dog since my foster family picked me up.  

They say I'm 6, but I have a hard time believing it.  I act like I'm between 2 and 3. I love to play with toys.   I give my foster Sister a run for her money with all my antics.  Did I mention I love paying with her?  I love to play keep away from her and she with me.  We take turns chasing each other.  It's a lot of fun and I would like to have a playmate when I'm adopted.   Speaking of adoption, I am positive for heart worms, so I have some time to spend with my foster family.  I won't be available until December 5th.  So, I won't be able to meet anyone until then.  Dang these heart worms!  Hope to see you after December 5th.

Transport Fee:

Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes up North. This fee may vary occasionally. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
