Hello! I am the very chill, Mr. Gil, but you can just call me Gil. That’s what all of my friends call me and I really hope we will be friends (maybe even family) one day real soon.  As you can see, I’m a male, fawn, handsome, gorgeous hunk of a Boxer. I’m about four years old and I’m a laid back, easy going, chill kind of guy. 

There’s more to me than just a handsome face though. I’m also super smart and a great family member. Although I’ve only been in my foster home a short time, I’ve already learned a lot like how to sleep in a crate at night and how to not go to the bathroom in the house. I’m also learning all of these other cool things like come, sit, and lay down. 

Hmmm. Let’s see. I’ve already told you about my devilishly good looks, and my wicked smart brain, what else should I tell you? Oh! I know. How about how I earned my nickname “Chill Gil”? You see, I’m not an overly anxious guy. In fact, nothing really seems to get me upset or nervous. I don’t mind things like like thunderstorms, or when someone new walks down the street. I don’t bark excessively, or start to shake in fear. I just pay attention and watch closely. Then when it’s all over, I go back to playing or whatever else I was doing. 

Speaking of playing, I love to play! I love playing with my foster fur sister, and I love to play with toys. When I’m not chillin’ you can find me playing. It’s super fun. I also like to play and have fun with the humans in my life. Humans are the best! I like it when they play with me, but I also really like it when they let me snuggle with them and give them affection. I’m really good at that too! I guess you could say I’m pretty close to perfect!

You know, I’d be perfect if I didn’t have these things called heartworms. But don’t worry, I’ll be perfect very soon, because HBR is helping me take care of evicting those little squatters out of my heart, and I’m expected to make a full recovery. And hey, once their gone, I’ll have even more space in my heart for someone new. Someone just like you! I just know we will be a match made in heaven. Don’t you? 

Transport Fee:

Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes up North. This fee may vary occasionally. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
