BURKE here and I'm an 18 month old Boxer Boy.  I was in Missouri City and was loose on the streets.  I was picked up by Animal Control.  They looked for my family, but no one came to claim me.

I am in rescue now.  I just moved into a foster home and I'm getting along with all of my foster brothers and sisters.  They serve really good food here and I am eating and resting and filling out my once skinny body.  You know it is hard to get good food when you are living on the road!  I get along well with the other dogs in my foster home, but no cats for me.  I'm just not a cat guy. It is not personal, I just want to chase them and that doesn't go well. 

I am doing well with potty training and crate training.  I walk well on a leash with the other dogs, but I am a bit shy of traffic.  Therefore, when you adopt me you will have to be patient with me on the road. 

Like all Boxers, I love to play.  I am just now learning about toys and I really like them.   I like to hug and cuddle...like a sweet Boxer boy.  I know how to do the Boxer kidney bean dance...it is a little dance we Boxers do when we are excited.  I twist my body and wiggle all over with excitement.

Transport Fee:

Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes in predetermined destinations(East Coast) using a trusted transport company. The transport is based on location and travel time. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
